1. 適用

この利用規約は、Synka Teamが提供するアプリ「モトガトレタカ」の利用に適用されます。アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。

2. アプリの利用

利用者は、自己の責任でアプリにモノ、写真、使用履歴その他の情報を登録し、バックアップを管理します。

3. アプリ内購入

PremiumおよびSubscription Trackerの購入は、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて処理されます。購入、請求、解約および返金には、利用するストアの規約も適用されます。

4. 提供内容の変更

当方は、必要に応じてアプリの内容を変更、追加または終了することがあります。

5. 免責

当方は、法令で認められる範囲で、アプリの継続的な利用可能性、完全性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Motogatoretaka, an app provided by Synka Team. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Using the app

You are responsible for the items, photos, usage history, and other information you register in the app, as well as for managing your backups.

3. In-app purchases

Premium and Subscription Tracker purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The terms of the store you use also apply to purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds.

4. Changes to the service

We may change, add to, or discontinue the app when needed.

5. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the app.
